We pledge to always strive to satisfy the customer with excellent shipping and customer service, but we do have a few rules that we need to disclose:
FREE SHIPPING: We offer free shipping on many orders shipped domestically within the U.S.A. and internationally, unless otherwise specified. Free shipping does not apply unless stated. Shipping method is determined by us for all free shipments – Priority Mail or United air cargo only – free shipping does not apply to any UPS or Fedex shipments. There are cases when we are unable to ship for free internationally, and the customer will be contacted prior to shipment of the order and be given the option to pay the difference or receive a full refund. We make no guarantees on delivery time on any shipments.
ORDER PROCESSING: All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-72 hours. If we cannot process within this time frame we will contact the customer to give the customer the option of waiting or cancelling the order.
SHIPPING COSTS: All shipping costs are calculated automatically at time of purchase, and costs calculated at time of purchase will be honored whenever possible. In the event we are unable to honor this quote – due to customer’s location or any other reason – the customer will be contacted prior to shipment of the order and be given the option to pay the difference or receive a full refund.
SHIPPING UPGRADES: We can offer upgrades in delivery service to UPS or FedEx or other expedited service. Customer pays for the difference in cost for the upgrade service – which is typically double Priority Mail or United air cargo costs quoted on our website.
AIRPORT ONLY SHIPMENTS: Large items are typically shipped airport-to-airport using a freight forwarder on a space-available basis, so delivery time is not guaranteed. Shipping upgrade to a booked flight schedule is available at customer’s expense.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We do offer free shipping on many international orders, unless otherwise specified. International shipments of smaller items are typically sent by Priority Mail International. Large items are typically shipped airport-to-airport using a freight forwarder on a space-available basis, so delivery time is not guaranteed. Shipping upgrade to a booked flight schedule is available at customer expense. We cannot make any delivery time guarantees on international shipments, and no refunds will be given for untimely delivery.
VALUE DECLARATIONS: We will declare all shipments for full invoice value only. We will not falsify documentation on any international orders.
INSURANCE: We insure all shipments for full invoice value only.
DAMAGE CLAIMS: All damage claims are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any damages to shipments made in transit. Recipients are responsible to inspect items at time of receiving the shipment, and for making any damage claims directly with the delivering freight carrier.
REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We will offer refunds on any new, full price order that you are not satisfied with. Item must be returned in the packaging so it can be resold as new. We will not issue any refund in whole or in part on any item that has been opened, used or damaged. Customer is responsible for all return freight costs – free shipping applies to outbound shipment only. All costs involved in returns are the responsibility of the customer.
NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON WETSUITS/SWIMWEAR: Due to health laws in Hawaii we cannot exchange or refund any wetsuits or swimwear. All sales are final.
USED GEAR DISCLAIMER: All sales on used gear are final. All gear is sold “as is”, with no warranty stated or implied. Used gear is exactly that – used – and the customer must use caution when buying and using previously owned and/or used items.
