ADVERTISED PRICES: All pricing on our website reflects the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricing (MSRP) and/or Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) as specified by manufacturers.
DISCOUNTS: We reserve the right to offer discounts beyond those advertised based on packages, high volume, customer loyalty and display merchandise. Discounts are determined at our discretion.
PRICE MATCHING: If you find a better deal simply let us know and we’ll honor all requests that fit our criteria. If a competitor has a lower final price we will match it. We will match the price if you find a lower price on an identical available product at any competitor’s store. Simply let us know when you are making your purchase.
PROOF OF PRICING: You will be required to provide proof of the lower price in the form of an advertisement or written quote valid within the preceding 24 hours (or at our discretion). Please call or e-mail with your price match request at the time of ordering.
PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS FOR PRICE MATCHING: The product must be identical in terms of model year, color, size and condition. All items must be in stock in our store and our competitor’s store – drop-shipped items may or may not apply.
COMPETITORS: We only match licensed retailers and exclude auction sites such as eBay or Craigslist or any private party.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE: Price matching based on currency exchange rates may or may not apply, at our discretion.
SHIPPING COSTS: We look at the price before shipping costs. We may decline to match a final price due to shipping costs from Hawaii. Please also check our shipping policy for shipping details, which apply to price match sales as well.
AVAILABILITY: Sometimes a retailer will advertise a product as having limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has advertised as limited quantities of an item, it may not be eligible for price matching. Likewise, if we have a product that is advertised as being limited in quantity it will not be eligible for price matching.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: We do not accept returns nor offer refunds or exchanges on any sale merchandise, including any price match items. All sales are final.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL: We do reserve the right to refuse to match any price for any reason.
